The METEORA table deserves a cover that matches it down to the last detail. A GFRC concrete body with a split light grey slate finish hides the gas bottle, and on top sits a separate lid in the same finish. You can change the bottle without lifting the whole cover, and the lid doubles as a side table.

A designer cover hides the bottle
Picture an evening at your METEORA table: the fire is burning, your guests are laughing and nothing spoils the view. The cover hides the gas bottle, and because its material and colour follow the table, the whole set looks like a single piece of furniture.
Place the cover about 1.2 metres from the fire pit; the standard 3-metre hose is long enough, and we can supply a longer one on request. With ELEMENTI tables the hose can even run through the hollow inside of the table, so it is barely visible.

Like split stone
The surface carries a split light grey slate finish – with the fine lines and irregularities that appear when stone is split. The METEORA table has the same finish, so next to it the cover looks like part of one set.
Each piece is cast by hand in a mould, so the pattern varies slightly from piece to piece. It feels as cool and solid as stone, even though it is glass-fibre reinforced concrete.
A lid that makes changing the bottle easy
When you need to open the valve or change the bottle, just lift off the lid – the 22.3 kg cover stays where it is. With an ordinary cover without a lid you would have to lift it and set it aside every time.
The body is glass-fibre reinforced concrete (GFRC), which withstands frost, rain and UV light, so the cover can stay outside all year. To help the concrete resist stains for longer, treat it with AKEMI Nano Effect.
