The best conversations don't start at a table full of food, but later — once it's dark and nobody is in a hurry. Press a button and there is warmth and light in the middle of the terrace, the kind that keeps you outside longer than you planned.

METEORA is a rectangular gas fire pit table, 142 × 81 × 38 cm, with an elongated 16 kW burner and a body of GFRC concrete in Space Grey.

The heart of the terrace in a slate design

METEORA brings two worlds together. The sides carry a split-stone imprint, while the top is smooth, calm and modern.

In Space Grey it looks like a piece of rock that someone has carefully ground smooth. The flame burns in a long strip down the middle, and the lid in the colour of the table hides it once the evening is over.

Real warmth

You feel all 16 kW on your palms, even on a cooler evening. The blankets can stay in the cupboard.

The look of rock, without the fragility

It isn't fragile stone but GFRC — glass-fibre reinforced concrete. It looks solid, yet it is lighter and tougher than ordinary concrete.

It can spend the winter outside under its protective cover — in spring, you simply take the cover off. The colour won't fade and the surface won't crack. How GFRC differs from ordinary concrete

Press and sit down

Ignition is electronic: press the button and within seconds it's alight.

You adjust the flame height smoothly with the knob, from a quiet flicker to a full blaze. At full power a 10–11 kg bottle lasts about 9–10 hours.

Safety is handled by a flame failure device — if the fire goes out, the gas supply is cut off.

Frequently asked questions

Will it fit on my terrace or balcony?

Leave about 1.2 metres of free space around the table from walls and anything flammable, and place the bottle just as far away.

Which bottle do I need and how long does it last?

A standard propane or propane-butane bottle, usually 10 or 11 kg. At full power it burns for roughly 9–10 hours, much longer with a gentler flame.

Can I connect it myself?

Yes. Screw the supplied hose and regulator onto the bottle and you are ready to light it. You only need a gas fitter to convert it to natural gas.

What if the wind picks up?

If the wind blows the flame out, a safety device shuts off the gas supply by itself. For windy terraces we recommend the glass wind guard.

Can it stay outside in winter?

Yes, the material withstands frost. When you are not using the table, put the supplied cover over it.

Can I grill on it?

No. The fire pit is made for warmth and atmosphere — for food, stick to the grill.

Is the fire pit lid included?

Yes. A lid in the colour of the table comes in the box; when the fire is off, you cover the fire pit with it and have a seamless tabletop.

Do you have natural gas at home?

Then METEORA has one more option for you. It can be converted from a bottle to your household gas line, and from then on fire is a single movement — turn the knob. No carrying bottles from the petrol station, no running out halfway through the evening.

The conversion is done by a gas fitter — or we do it before shipping and the table arrives ready to connect. Then all you do is turn the knob whenever you feel like a fire.
