The best conversations don't start at a table full of food, but later — once it's dark and nobody is in a hurry. Press a button and there is warmth and light in the middle of the terrace, the kind that keeps you outside longer than you planned.
RIVIERA is a low rectangular gas fire pit table, 152 × 81 × 36 cm, with an elongated 16 kW burner and a body of GFRC concrete with a light grey travertine imprint.
The scent of the French coast and wine
RIVIERA is a tribute to Mediterranean design: a low profile and a light grey surface with a travertine imprint. It is at its best in front of a large lounge sofa, within everyone's reach.
The flame burns in a long strip down the middle, leaving room on both sides for glasses and snacks. When the fire is off, you put on the lid in the colour of the table, which comes in the box.

Real warmth
You feel all 16 kW on your palms, even on a cooler evening. The blankets can stay in the cupboard.
The terrace in October
While everyone else is packing away the cushions, you are still sitting outside.
A table even when it isn't lit
The lid comes in the box; put it on and you have a seamless tabletop.
Looks like stone, but it isn't fragile
Touch it. Under your fingers it feels like stone, yet the table is made of GFRC — glass-fibre reinforced concrete. It is lighter than you would expect and stronger than it looks.
It takes frost, rain and summer sun without cracking or fading, so even after several seasons outdoors it looks just as it did the day it arrived. How GFRC differs from ordinary concrete

Fire at the snap of your fingers
No carrying wood, no waiting for it to catch. Press the button, the burner lights, and by the time you sit down the flame is already dancing.
Turn the knob down to a calm flicker, or all the way up when the evening gets cold. A standard 10–11 kg bottle lasts roughly 9–10 hours at full power — and several evenings with a gentler flame.
And if a gust of wind blows the flame out, the gas shuts off by itself.

Frequently asked questions
Will it fit on my terrace or balcony?
Leave about 1.2 metres of free space around the table from walls and anything flammable, and place the bottle just as far away.
Which bottle do I need and how long does it last?
A standard propane or propane-butane bottle, usually 10 or 11 kg. At full power it burns for roughly 9–10 hours, much longer with a gentler flame.
Can I connect it myself?
Yes. Screw the supplied hose and regulator onto the bottle and you are ready to light it. You only need a gas fitter to convert it to natural gas.
What if the wind picks up?
If the wind blows the flame out, a safety device shuts off the gas supply by itself. For windy terraces we recommend the glass wind guard.
Can it stay outside in winter?
Yes, the material withstands frost. When you are not using the table, put the supplied cover over it.
Can I grill on it?
No. The fire pit is made for warmth and atmosphere — for food, stick to the grill.
Is the fire pit lid included?
Yes. A lid in the colour of the table comes in the box; when the fire is off, you cover the fire pit with it and have a seamless tabletop.
How to start the fire pit

Do you have natural gas at home?
Then RIVIERA has one more option for you. It can be converted from a bottle to your household gas line, and from then on fire is a single movement — turn the knob. No carrying bottles from the petrol station, no running out halfway through the evening.
And what does it cost? We did the maths: What an evening by the fire costs
The conversion is done by a gas fitter — or we do it before shipping and the table arrives ready to connect. Then all you do is turn the knob whenever you feel like a fire.
