The white ATHENS and CARRARA tables deserve a cover that matches them down to the last detail. A GFRC concrete body in white hides the gas bottle, and on top sits a separate lid made of a ceramic slab in a white marble finish. You can change the bottle without lifting the whole cover, and the lid doubles as a side table.

A designer cover hides the bottle
Picture an evening at your ATHENS or CARRARA table: the fire is burning, your guests are laughing and nothing spoils the view. The cover hides the gas bottle, and because its material and colour follow the table, the whole set looks like a single piece of furniture.
Place the cover about 1.2 metres from the fire pit; the standard 3-metre hose is long enough, and we can supply a longer one on request. With ELEMENTI tables the hose can even run through the hollow inside of the table, so it is barely visible.

The look of white marble
The lid is a ceramic slab in a white marble finish with grey veining. It looks as luxurious as stone, yet it is hard, durable and non-absorbent – a spilled drink wipes straight off without leaving a stain.
The body is matt white GFRC concrete. The contrast between matt concrete and the softly glossy ceramic follows the ATHENS and CARRARA tables, so next to them the cover looks like part of one set.
A lid that makes changing the bottle easy
When you need to open the valve or change the bottle, just lift off the lid – the 25.4 kg cover stays where it is. With an ordinary cover without a lid you would have to lift it and set it aside every time.
The body is glass-fibre reinforced concrete (GFRC), which withstands frost, rain and UV light, so the cover can stay outside all year. To help the concrete resist stains for longer, treat it with AKEMI Nano Effect.

How do I change the bottle?
Lift off the lid and you can reach the valve and the bottle from above. There is no need to lift the whole cover.
How do I clean the ceramic lid?
Simply wipe it with a damp cloth. Ceramic does not absorb liquids, so a spilled drink wipes straight off.
Can it stay outside in winter?
Yes. GFRC concrete handles frost, rain and sun.
