The best conversations don't start at a table full of food, but later — once it's dark and nobody is in a hurry. Press a button and there is warmth and light in the middle of the terrace, the kind that keeps you outside longer than you planned.
LUNAR BOWL Dark Grey is a round fire pit, 107 cm in diameter and 40 cm high, with a round 13.2 kW burner and a body of smooth GFRC concrete in dark grey.
King of the designer terrace, dressed in dark
There are nights when you don't chase the dark away — you savour it. LUNAR BOWL in dark grey is made for them: a calm monolith, 107 cm across, against which the fire stands out like nowhere else.
The smooth, matt surface in deep dark grey swallows the light. In the evening only the flame stands out, together with the faces of those sitting around it — and in a circle, everyone is equally close.

Warmth, not just a view
A 13.2 kW burner is not there for decoration. It is real radiant heat — the kind that keeps you from reaching for a blanket.
A season that doesn't end in September
The evenings turn cooler, yet the terrace stays full. And in spring you open it a month earlier than the neighbours.
Fire without everything that usually comes with it
No hauling firewood, no smoke chasing you around the table, no ash the next morning.
Matt, smooth and tough
Touch it. The surface is smooth and matt, yet the fire pit is made of GFRC — glass-fibre reinforced concrete. It is lighter than you would expect and stronger than it looks.
It takes frost, rain and summer sun without cracking or fading, so even after several seasons outdoors it looks just as it did the day it arrived. How GFRC differs from ordinary concrete

Fire at the snap of your fingers
No carrying wood, no waiting for it to catch. Press the button, the burner lights, and by the time you sit down the flame is already dancing.
Turn the knob down to a calm flicker, or all the way up when the evening gets cold. A standard 10–11 kg bottle lasts roughly 10–11 hours at full power — and several evenings with a gentler flame.
And if a gust of wind blows the flame out, the gas shuts off by itself.

Frequently asked questions
Will it fit on my terrace or balcony?
Leave about 1.2 metres of free space around the fire pit from walls and anything flammable, and place the bottle just as far away.
Which bottle do I need and how long does it last?
A standard propane or propane-butane bottle, usually 10 or 11 kg. At full power it burns for roughly 10–11 hours, much longer with a gentler flame.
Can I connect it myself?
Yes. The hose and regulator are already attached to the fire pit — screw the regulator onto the bottle and you are ready to light it.
What if the wind picks up?
If the wind blows the flame out, a safety device shuts off the gas supply by itself. For windy terraces we recommend the glass wind guard.
Can it stay outside in winter?
Yes, the material withstands frost. When you are not using the fire pit, put the supplied cover over it.
Can I grill on it?
No. The fire pit is made for warmth and atmosphere — for food, stick to the grill.
How to start the fire pit

Do you have natural gas at home?
For homes with a natural gas supply there is an even more convenient option: converting it to your household line. Then the fire never runs out halfway through the evening.
And what does it cost? We did the maths: What an evening by the fire costs
The conversion is done by a gas fitter — or we do it before shipping and the fire pit arrives ready to connect. Then all you do is turn the knob whenever you feel like a fire.
